FOR HOTELS & CONCIERGES

Your guest wants a trainer. We'll come to your gym.

Guests often arrive expecting the concierge to arrange a personal trainer, the way it works at home. In Japan that service is rare — so we built it. We coach in English, in your hotel gym, with no membership and no paperwork for your guest. One message from you is enough.

How it works

  • Message us with the hotel, the guest's name or room, and the time they'd like.
  • We confirm the trainer and reply to you in English.
  • The trainer meets your guest in the gym. Your guest pays per session — nothing is billed to the hotel.

Two things to check

  • Outside trainers. Whether an external trainer may work in your gym is set by each hotel. Please confirm on your side before booking.
  • Same-day requests. Ask us — we'll tell you straight away whether a trainer is free, but we can't promise same-day availability. A day or two ahead is safer.

We cover Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto and Nara; travel is included around Osaka City, North Osaka and the Hanshin area, and elsewhere we'll confirm the details with you.

What the hour looks like

If the gym has equipment

We use whatever is there — dumbbells, machines, a bench, a mat. The trainer checks the guest's experience and any injuries first, then builds the hour around what the room allows.

If it's a mat and not much else

Bodyweight, stretching and band work. A clear 2 × 2 m space is enough, so the guest's own room works too when the gym is busy or closed to outside trainers.

Sixty minutes is standard; 90 minutes and two-person sessions are available. Everything — the enquiry, the booking and the session — is in English.

Questions concierges ask

Does the guest need a gym membership?

No. There is no membership, no contract and no Japanese paperwork. The guest books a single session if that is all they want.

Who pays, the hotel or the guest?

The guest pays per session. Nothing is billed to the hotel, and there is no commission arrangement to set up.

What if our gym does not allow outside trainers?

Whether an external trainer may work in your gym is set by each hotel, so please confirm on your side before booking. If outside trainers are not allowed, we can train the guest in their room with bodyweight, stretching and band exercises instead.

Can you take a same-day request?

Ask us and we will tell you straight away whether a trainer is free, but we cannot promise same-day availability. A day or two ahead is safer.

What does a session cost?

A trial session is ¥6,600 (60 minutes, tax included). After that a 60-minute session is ¥9,900, and ¥13,500 for two people training together. There is no enrolment fee. Rates are the same as our standard mobile sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free until midnight the day before. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments count as one session.

Does the guest need to speak Japanese?

No. The enquiry, the booking and the session itself are all in English.

The guest has tattoos. Is that a problem?

Not for us. Hotel gyms set their own policies, so we check with you first, and a room session is always an option.

Send us the time, we'll do the rest.

Tell us the hotel, the guest's name or room number and the time they'd like. We reply in English.
